Pricing: All prices are based on pick up from BMG Productions. Delivery, Set-up, On-Site Technical services carry additional charges and can vary with circumstances. Charges will be outlined in your Quote.
IDENTIFICATION: A valid Credit Card must be held on file and presented at time of rental. We request a Valid Photo ID and Utility Bill stating same residential address for all rental agreements.
ON-SITE TECHNICIAN: (must be pre-booked) Looking for a little extra reassurnace? We can provide you with experienced, professional ON-SITE Audio-Visual Technical Support. If you would like tio book a technician to stay for the duration of your event, please book at least 7 days prior to your event date.
SET-UP: (Must be pre-booked) Our goal is to have our team deliver and set-up/install your Rental Equipment 1 hour prior to the start of your event. Time requirement will be determined by individual event size and indicated on your Rental Quote. Please arrange to be available for safe access allowance and if no ON-SITE TECHNICIAN is booked, operational instructions will be given by set-up personnel.
DELIVERY POLICIES: Standard delivery within Kalgoorlie is defined as any rental equipment that can be transported in a standard van by (1) BMG driver. Any events requiring a larger VAN/TRUCK Service shall bear a cost based on the geographical location of the event, the type of vehicle(s) and the amount of equipment required for that event.
STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES: Call for Quote for all deliveries or when our technical services are not booked. Consider picking up and returning your rental at your convenience to BMG Production’s location.
CANCELLATION: For all Orders over $1000, a 50% deposit is required. To ensure the equipment is available for your event, once a rental date is agreed upon your equipment is removed from our inventory and allotted to you. You the customer will be charged a 25% fee if you cancel our rental agreement anytime between 3-5 days of your rental date. A 50% charge will be in effect if you cancel 1 day prior to your agreed rental date. If any rental over $1000 is cancelled the day of the event a 100% charge will be charged on your credit card.
LATE/DAMAGE FEES: You will be billed for any additional (daily rate) charges accrued for any equipment not returned by the date specified on the approved quote. The BMG Productions team will inspect he returned equipment and notify the customer of any additional charges due to missing items or damages within 72 hours of possession. Customers are responsible for any loss or damage to all rental equipment while in their possession regardless if an on-site technician is booked.
RENTAL INVENTORY: We are continually adding to our rental inventory. If you don’t see what you are looking for on our product list or in a package supplied by BMG Productions, please give us a call. We may already have it in stock or we’ll do our best to make sure it is available for your event. All equipment is tested and returned to our inventory only after it goes through our quality control inspection. Our expectation is that all of our equipment is in top-notch working order, however unfortunately things do happen. If the equipment malfunctions , please contact us immediately.
UNUSED RENTAL EQUIPMENT : No adjustments will be made for any unused equipment.
LIABILITY: The Customer shall be responsible for ALL rental equipment from BMG Productions that is damaged, lost or stolen, whether by misuse, accident or neglect, unless caused by BMG Productions negligence. I am aware that this equipment is not insured. Equipment is used at Customer’s sole risk, and Customer will indemnify and hold harmless BMG Productions from any and all liability claims, cost, and expenses arising out of Customer’s use or possession of the equipment.
CUSTOMERS ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS:
- Customer will not allow equipment to be used by any person not familiar with its operation.
- Customer will maintain equipment in good repair, and will return in the same condition; ordinary wear and tear as determined by BMG Productions excepted.
- Failure of equipment due to adverse conditions, setup or improper usage by the customer does not release the customer from rental payments.
- The customer must provide 24 hour security of equipment during the rental period.
- The customer must report equipment problems IMMEDIATELY.
- Signer warrants that he/she is the Customer or an authorised representative of the customer.
- A signature or Email Correspondence of QUOTE ACCEPTANCE, Customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions stated herein.
PAYMENT TERMS: Payments can be made by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) or by Bank Transfer. Unless you have pre-arranged terms payment is due at TIME of RENTAL. Additional charges may apply within 72 hours of rental return due to loss, late fees, damage or missing items. See LATE/DAMAGES.

Based on a 24 hour period = 1 Day Hire
Weekend Rental Rate = 1 Day
Pick up: by Saturday (9am-12pm)
Return: by Monday (9am-12pm)
